In my work as a creative strategist for BBC Audio I spend my time understanding audience needs and market trends within podcasting and radio, helping to spot gaps and opportunities to commission into. I work closely with creative teams to embed findings and impact our editorial output. I've also worked with the pioneering AudioLab scheme for two years, helping to find the best new podcasting voices across the UK. I love working in this industry - there is so much creative energy in podcasting, it's a privilege to champion it and the great people within it.
